Nobody dares to quantify the damage caused by a single year of detrimental development for the emergence of a digital society over the next 100 years. However, an estimate is necessary so that politicians understand the impact their lack of a proactive digital strategy will have on the economy and society in the future.

Even 10 percent of the European GDP is not far-fetched in my view, since the economy too depends primarily on psychological factors. If, from 2027 onward, the EU-D-S succeeds in counteracting the feeling shared by many people that autocracies may perhaps do it even better, with the hope of an emerging genuine digital society, then the impact expressed in a Trusted WEB 4.0 Bonus for the next 100 years can hardly be valued highly enough. Eine Schätzung ist jedoch notwendig, damit die Politik versteht, welche Auswirkungen ihre fehlende proaktive Digitalstrategie für Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft in der Zukunft hat.

Selbst 10 Prozent des europäischen BIP halte ich nicht für abwegig, da auch die Wirtschaft in erster Linie von psychologischen Faktoren abhängt. Gelingt es ab 2027 durch das EU-D-S, dem Gefühl vieler Menschen, Autokratien könnten es vielleicht sogar besser, die Hoffnung auf das Entstehen einer echten digitalen Gesellschaft entgegenzusetzen, so kann die Auswirkung in einem Trusted WEB 4.0 Bonus für die nächsten 100 Jahre gar nicht hoch genug bewertet werden. Ab 2031 habe ich auf weitere Schätzungen verzichtet, weil die Variablen selbst für eine Schätzung zu vielfältig geworden wären.

1. Actual Situation in 2024: NRW Has Not Learned from the Past!

As a plaintiff, I must note after my political application against the Ukraine war and without the possibility of legal representation that remote control by the state of NRW and the failure to provide assistance to me as an entrepreneur create unbearable risks if I continue to offer alternatives to gatekeeper concepts. A past that has not been addressed remains unresolved, as seen in the lawsuit 10 C 367/23 (Amtsgericht Krefeld). The resulting complaint to the ECtHR was not accepted for decision.

The state of NRW sees no way to act against:

  • Digital dependency (on US platforms) undermining democratic processes (e.g., disinformation, polarization).
  • Lack of digital participation (e.g., due to monopolies like Google) exacerbating social division and economic damage.
  • Loss of pre-digital achievements (e.g., anonymity, data protection, equality) that must be preserved in digitization.

2. Development Without Obstruction: Focus on Pre-Digital Achievements

I proved to the Ministry of Justice, Dr. Buschmann (who provided positive feedback), that special digital legislation is not necessary (e.g., for age restrictions in social media), if instead a framework is created for the economy that protects the pre-digital democratic systems successfully developed over decades. Replicating this concept in the digital space leads to sustainable value creation.

At this point, GISAD should function as a clearing house for the economy, ensuring compliance with pre-digital legislation within the Trusted WEB 4.0. An additional grassroots democratic component would emerge through the evaluators in getmysense.

3. A Look from the Future (2026): Limited Digital Government Competence!

After World War II, democracies made significant progress. The fact that 27 states within the EU engage in democratic discourse with one another is a unique process worldwide. This system should therefore continue to exist in the future.

On the other hand, disruptive digitization has increasingly moved away from democratic principles in the interests of a very small group of people. Individuals are exhausting. For many years, there have been economic arguments for standardizing people.

It began with cheap mass production, which suddenly allowed many more people to afford things at low prices. In return, they willingly gave up a bit of individualism. Further standardization occurred through advertising. When people were repeatedly exposed to the same advertisements, needs were created that would not have existed without advertising.

The next step was social media, where traffic was generated through artificial excitement, creating an artificial market where advertisers had to pay even more to reach their target audience. With the FINDER technology, consumers and providers find each other in the fastest way, while individuality is preserved and even promoted.

Politics in Europe is clearly unable to proactively maintain a livable democratic society. Its legislation always tries to prevent the worst in hindsight. Because it does not understand the consequences of new technologies, most democracies are now in decline.

If politics cannot act proactively, it must not claim responsibility to the citizens for doing so. This is precisely why we have political disillusionment.

Digital autocracy and censorship today: “Organized Gang-Like Pattern of Appearance”

After my application against the Ukraine war, which was supported by parts of the European Parliament, I defined a new legal characteristic in a variety of judicial disputes: “ Organized Gang-Like Pattern of Appearance“.

Apparently, DuckDuckGo and Bing felt more comfortable deleting the search results related to this. At least with DuckDuckGo, there was a result before. At least Google still has it!

Indications of a gang-like appearance:

  • Preventing a competitor with potential market volume in the multi-million euro range and possible global scalability.
  • Digital disinformation, which requires significant technical effort and substantial resources.
  • Apparently random but coordinated manipulations by multiple agitators who do not know the overall picture or goal. In doing so, the agitator typically believes they are representing their own interests.
  • Systematically probing all vulnerabilities of a target through agitators.
  • Long-term planning: Infiltrating agitators into the environment of a target long before a concerted action. Rewarding the agitator at a later time outside the statutory limitation period, for example, through a subsequent career advancement.
  • Permanent monitoring of communication and recruitment of an activator who prevents the possible deployment for digital democracy within a short time window by mentally and temporally significantly impairing the target.
  • Manipulation of the judiciary through precise knowledge of the weaknesses of the legal system, using legally compliant procedures as a cover for agitations. Consideration of the legal tunnel vision. If an attack is split into multiple legal acts, they are processed individually. A systematic creation of an overall view ex officio is not yet provided for in the legal system.

2024: Fehlendes Grundverständnis der öffentlichen Hand


1. Tatsächliche Situation 2024: NRW hat aus der Vergangenheit nicht gelernt!

Ich muss nach meinem politischen Antrag gegen den Ukrainekrieg als ein Kläger ohne die Möglichkeit anwaltlicher Vertretung feststellen, dass durch Fernsteuerung des Landes NRW und unterlassene Hilfeleistung für mich als Unternehmer nicht tragbare Risiken entstehen, wenn ich weiter Alternativen zu den Gatekeeper-Konzepten anbiete. Eine nicht verjährte Vergangenheit wird nicht aufgearbeitet, siehe Klage 10 C 367/23 (Amtsgericht Krefeld). Die daraus resultierende Beschwerde beim EGMR wurde nicht zur Entscheidung angenommen.

Das Land NRW sieht keine Möglichkeit, sich einzusetzen gegen:

  • Digitale Abhängigkeit (von US-Plattformen) demokratische Prozesse aushöhlt (z. B. Desinformation, Polarisierung).
  • Fehlende digitale Teilhabe (z. B. durch Monopole wie Google) soziale Spaltung und Wirtschaftsschäden verstärkt.
  • Verlust vordigitale Errungenschaften (z. B. Anonymität, Datenschutz, Gleichheit), die in der Digitalisierung erhalten bleiben müssen.

2. Entwicklung ohne Behinderung: Konzentration auf vordigitale Errungenschaften

Dem Justizministerium Dr. Buschmann (positives Feedback) habe ich bewiesen, dass eine spezielle Digitalgesetzgebung nicht nötig ist (z. B. bei der Altersbeschränkung in Social Media), wenn anstelle dessen für die Wirtschaft ein Rahmen geschaffen wird, in dem die innerhalb von Jahrzehnten erfolgreich entwickelten vordigitalen demokratischen Systeme geschützt werden. Der Nachbau dieses Konzepts im Digitalen führt zu einer nachhaltige Wertschöpfung.

An dieser Stelle soll GISAD als Clearingstelle der Wirtschaft fungieren, die die Einhaltung der vordigitalen Gesetzgebung im Trusted WEB 4.0 sicherstellt. Eine zusätzlich basisdemokratische Komponente würde durch die Bewerter in getmysense entstehen.

3. Blick aus der Zukunft (2026): Begrenzte digitale Regierungskompetenz!

Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg haben Demokratien erhebliche Fortschritte gemacht. Dass sich 27 Staaten innerhalb der EU miteinander demokratisch auseinandersetzen, ist weltweit ein einmaliger Vorgang. Das System sollte also auch in Zukunft weiter bestehen.

Auf der anderen Seite hat sich eine disruptive Digitalisierung immer schneller im Interesse einer sehr kleinen Gruppe von Menschen von demokratischen Prinzipien abgewendet. Individuen sind anstrengend. Schon seit vielen Jahren gibt es wirtschaftliche Argumente für die Gleichschaltung von Menschen.

Es begann mit einer preiswerten Massenfertigung, durch die sich mit günstigen Preisen plötzlich viel mehr Menschen etwas leisten konnten. Dafür gaben sie gerne ein wenig Individualismus auf. Eine weitere Gleichschaltung erfolgte dann durch Werbung. Wenn Menschen immer wieder mit der gleichen Werbung penetriert wurden, wurden hier Bedürfnisse geweckt, welche ohne Werbung nicht entstanden wären.

Der nächste Schritt war Social Media, in dem Traffic durch künstliche Aufgeregtheiten generiert wurde und hiermit wiederum ein künstlicher Markt, auf dem die Werbekunden noch mehr Geld zahlen müssen, um ihre Zielgruppe zu erreichen. Mit der FINDER-Technologie finden Konsumenten und Anbieter auf dem schnellsten Weg zueinander, obwohl die Individualität erhalten und sogar gefördert wird.

Die Politik in Europa ist offensichtlich nicht in der Lage, proaktiv eine lebenswerte demokratische Gesellschaft zu erhalten. Ihre Gesetzgebung versucht immer im Nachhinein das Schlimmste zu verhindern. Weil sie die Konsequenzen von neuen Technologien nicht versteht, befinden sich heute die meisten Demokratien in Auflösung.

Wenn die Politik nicht proaktiv handeln kann, dann darf sie sich den Bürgern gegenüber hierfür auch nicht für zuständig erklären. Genau aus diesem Grund haben wir die Politikverdrossenheit.

4. GAP 2024: Fehlendes digitales Demokratieverständnis !

2023: Migrants in the EU-D-S Digital Union – A Missed Opportunity for Trusted WEB 4.0

1. Real Situation in 2023: Hindered by a „Organized Gang-Like Pattern of Appearance“

After I filed my application against the Ukraine war in 2022, I once again had to bear the consequences, see Organized Gang-Like Pattern of Appearance.

Mythos was banned by the US government, allegedly due to structural vulnerabilities. From my own perspective, facing 11 years of criminal prosecution without a hearing or legal basis, I ask myself: Is this really about technical security flaws—or rather about structural weaknesses of states that the US government has exploited or even supported since 9/11?

For example, I simply do not understand why there is no upper limit to the number of lawyers that can be reasonably imposed, and why, in this case, there is no option for self-representation (2BvR 1668/25). This forces me to achieve a result in the first instance. This blog is my only protection, as I now have to conduct every legal process publicly to secure my rights. Since 2022, I have been financially damaged by alleged moisture in a rental property—my main source of income—where I had to relocate a bathroom and kitchen to avoid suspected moisture entering through a co-owner’s balcony.

Mythos might also provide evidence of unfair US methods to exploit the corona situation for anti-democratic digitization through US products. Undeniably, Corona led to significant growth for gatekeepers and simultaneously to an economic downturn in Europe.

There is also provable evidence of a missed opportunity for digital migration integration through Trusted WEB 4.0:

The corona pandemic led to isolation among EU states, costing economic growth and jobs. Instead of using this crisis as a catalyst to establish digital work models and inclusive value creation, the opportunity to linguistically and digitally integrate migration applicants into the EU-D-S Digital Union was missed. A functional Trusted WEB 4.0 would have allowed qualified workers worldwide—regardless of their location—to be integrated in their native language, their performance evaluated digitally, and only the best selected for later immigration. This would have prevented deportation centers, skilled labor shortages, and social tensions.

2. Development Without Obstruction: Europe as a Digital Role Model

What could Trusted WEB 4.0 have prevented?

• Digital Integration of Migration Applicants:
Trusted WEB 4.0 could have provided a language-independent, decentralized platform, as described in 2018, where migration applicants could receive and process digital work assignments in their native language. Through AI-supported performance evaluation and blockchain-based certification, skills and reliability would have been objectively measurable—without physical presence.
→ Result: Only proven workers would have immigrated, improving migration quality and making deportation centers obsolete.

• Economic Resilience Through Digital Work Models:
The pandemic-driven shift to remote work could have been made a permanent solution for global talent. Trusted WEB 4.0 would have enabled companies to collaborate with migration applicants regardless of location before their physical arrival.
→ Result: Economic growth and jobs would not have been lost but strengthened through digital value creation.

• Social and Political Stability:
Transparent, fair digital evaluation processes would have avoided accusations of arbitrariness in migration. Decentralized data sovereignty would have ensured that applicants‘ personal data remained protected and only released upon successful validation for immigration.
→ Result: Social tensions from uncontrolled migration or deportations would have been reduced.

• Prevention of Deportation Centers:
Preventive digital integration would have ensured that only individuals who had already demonstrably contributed to European value creation would enter.
→ Result: This would have significantly reduced the need for deportation centers and complex asylum procedures.

3. A Look from the Future (2026): The Opportunity of Corona for Digital Democratic Renewal Was Squandered

There are two false assumptions:

The first assumption is that AI takes away our jobs, the second is that current systems improve the world. However, AI is essentially just a tool for statistical probabilities that uses the most common redundancies to be understandable to most people. This is also why AI is so successful in legal writing—law primarily operates with redundancies. Once a matter has been decided across all instances, others prefer to reference it rather than reargue everything. In other words: AI consolidates societal structures.

Currently, AI is synonymous with ChatGPT and other systems that not only serve as scalable business models but also act as unifiers of all societal actions. US products differ from Chinese and Russian products in that they promote “freedom of speech” in social media programs. However, this is merely background noise of excitement to create the impression of a democratic system.

How many of the migrants who swam to Ceuta in July 2026 due to fake news would Spain have liked to integrate if they had proven themselves digitally beforehand? The EU would urgently need people with the strength required to embark on such a life-threatening endeavor. But not all of them.

First and foremost, AI is nothing more than an advanced calculator. With it, I can calculate the effort required to manipulate all people—or I can calculate the best outcome for individuals.
The input is decisive.

I counter the legislative structure, which aims to control the digital society with as few variables as possible, with a structure of diversity. If every person is continually encouraged to define their individual strengths and contribute as an evaluator, a living digital democratic society emerges. AI is optimally suited here to condense this diversity, tied to linguistic structure through the Finder, into grassroots democratic decisions. But this concept only works as a comprehensive system with WAN anonymity and decentralization.

Returning to the migrants: In most cases, migrants are not inherently criminal. Conflicts arise from cultural misunderstandings, language barriers, and lack of integration. All of this could have been addressed by Trusted WEB 4.0 within a Digital Union in advance. Physical immigration does not even have to be the goal. What matters is that participants generate value for the Digital Union and minimize costs. Even if wars do not need to be fought, high societal costs can be saved. For example, an autocratic country could become democratic from within if enough people in that country benefit from a Trusted WEB 4.0.

4. GAP 2023: Missing Economic Growth Due to Corona

2023: Migranten in der EU-D-S Digitalunion – Verpasste Trusted WEB 4.0 Chance

1. Reale Situation 2023: Ausgebremst im bandenmäßigen Erscheinungsbild

Nachdem ich 2022 meinen Antrag gegen den Ukrainekrieg gestellt hatte, musste ich erneut die Folgen tragen, siehe bandenmäßiges Erscheinungsbild.

Mythos wurde von der US-Regierung verboten, weil angeblich Strukturlücken gefunden worden seien. Aus der Sicht meiner eigenen Behinderung mit 11-jähriger Strafverfolgung ohne Anhörung und ohne Rechtsgrundlage frage ich mich: Geht es hier wirklich um technische Sicherheitsschwachstellen – oder doch eher um strukturelle Schwachstellen von Staaten, die die US-Regierung seit 9/11 ausnutzt oder sogar unterstützt hat?

Mir ist zum Beispiel völlig unverständlich, warum es keine Obergrenze an Anwälten gibt, die zumutbar sind, und warum es in diesem Fall nicht die Möglichkeit gibt, sich selbst zu vertreten (2BvR 1668/25). Damit bin ich gezwungen, in der ersten Instanz ein Ergebnis zu erzielen. Dieser Blog ist mein einziger Schutz, denn darin muss ich jetzt jeden Prozess öffentlich führen, um noch zu meinem Recht zu kommen. So wurde ich seit 2022 massiv durch eine angebliche Feuchtigkeit in einem Mietobjekt – meiner Haupteinnahmequelle – finanziell geschädigt, indem ich ein Bad und eine Küche verlegen musste, um gegen eine durch den Balkon des Mitbesitzers vermutete eintretende Feuchtigkeit zu entgehen.

Möglicherweise könnte Mythos auch Hinweise geben, dass es unlautere US-Methoden gegeben hat, um die Corona-Situation für eine demokratiefeindliche Digitalisierung durch US-Produktezu nutzen. Unstrittig ist, dass Corona zu einem erheblichen Wachstum der Gatekeeper und gleichzeitig zu einem Wirtschaftseinbruch in Europa geführt hat.

Beweisbar ist auch eine verpasste Chance der digitalen Migrationsintegration durch Trusted WEB 4.0:

Die Corona-Pandemie führte zu einer Abschottung der EU-Staaten, was Wirtschaftswachstum und Arbeitsplätze kostete. Statt diese Krise als Katalysator zu nutzen, um digitale Arbeitsmodelle und inklusive Wertschöpfung zu etablieren, blieb die Chance ungenutzt, Migrationsbewerber:innen sprachlich und digital in die EU-D-S Digitalunion einzubinden. Ein funktionierendes Trusted WEB 4.0 hätte es ermöglicht, qualifizierte Arbeitskräfte weltweit – unabhängig von ihrem Aufenthaltsort – in ihrer Muttersprache einzubinden, ihre Leistungen digital zu bewerten und nur die Besten für eine spätere Einwanderung auszuwählen. Dies hätte Abschiebezentren, Fachkräftemangel und soziale Spannungen verhindert.

2. Entwicklung ohne Behinderung: Die EU als digitale Wunschregion

Was hätte Trusted WEB 4.0 verhindern können?

• Digitale Integration von Migrationsbewerber:innen:
Trusted WEB 4.0 hätte eine sprachenunabhängige, dezentrale Plattform wie in 2018 beschrieben bereitstellen können, auf der Migrationsbewerber:innen in ihrer Muttersprache digitale Arbeitsaufträge erhalten und bearbeiten. Durch KI-gestützte Leistungsbewertung und Blockchain-basierte Zertifizierung wären Fähigkeiten und Zuverlässigkeit objektiv messbar gewesen – ohne physische Anwesenheit.
→ Folge: Nur bewährte Arbeitskräfte wären eingewandert, was die Qualität der Migration erhöht und Abschiebezentren überflüssig gemacht hätte.

• Wirtschaftliche Resilienz durch digitale Arbeitsmodelle:
Die pandemiebedingte Verlagerung ins Homeoffice hätte als Dauerlösung für globale Talente genutzt werden können. Trusted WEB 4.0 hätte es Unternehmen ermöglicht, standortunabhängig mit Migrationsbewerber:innen zusammenzuarbeiten, bevor diese physisch einreisen.
→ Folge: Wirtschaftswachstum und Arbeitsplätze wären nicht verloren gegangen, sondern durch digitale Wertschöpfung sogar gestärkt worden.

• Soziale und politische Stabilität:
Durch transparente, faire digitale Bewertungsprozesse wären Vorwürfe der Willkür bei Migration vermieden worden. Die dezentrale Datenhoheit hätte sichergestellt, dass persönliche Daten der Bewerber:innen geschützt bleiben und nur bei erfolgreicher Bewährung für die Einwanderung freigegeben werden.
→ Folge: Soziale Spannungen durch unkontrollierte Migration oder Abschiebungen wären reduziert worden.

• Verhinderung von Abschiebezentren:
Die präventive digitale Integration hätte sichergestellt, dass nur Personen einreisen, die bereits nachweislich einen Beitrag zur europäischen Wertschöpfung leisten.
→ Folge: Dies hätte den Bedarf an Abschiebezentren und aufwendigen Asylverfahren stark reduziert.

3. Blick aus der Zukunft (2026): Die Chance von Corona zur digitalen demokratischen Erneuerung wurde verspielt

Es gibt zwei falsche Grundannahmen:

Die erste Annahme geht davon aus, dass KI uns unsere Arbeit wegnimmt, die zweite, dass die derzeitigen Systeme die Welt verbessern. Doch die KI ist eigentlich nur ein Tool für statistische Wahrscheinlichkeiten, welches die häufigsten Redundanzen nutzt, um für die meisten Menschen verständlich zu sein. Deshalb ist auch KI bei rechtlichen Schreiben so erfolgreich. Recht arbeitet im Wesentlichen mit Redundanzen. Wenn eine Sache bereits über alle Instanzen entschieden ist, dann beziehen sich andere gerne darauf und müssen nicht mehr alles neu argumentieren. Man könnte auch sagen: Die KI fasst gesellschaftliche Strukturen zusammen.

Derzeit wird KI synonym mit ChatGPT und anderen Systemen gesetzt, die nicht nur als skalierbares Geschäftsmodell, sondern auch als Vereinheitlicher alles gesellschaftlichen Handelns auftritt. Die US-amerikanischen Produkte unterscheiden sich von chinesischen und russischen Produkten dadurch, dass sie „Freedom of Speech“ in Social-Media-Programmen fördern. Hier geht es jedoch nur um ein Grundrauschen von Aufgeregtheiten, um den Eindruck eines demokratischen Systems zu erwecken.

Wie viele der aufgrund von Fake News im Juli 2026 nach Ceuta geschwommenen Migranten hätte Spanien gerne integriert, wenn sie sich vorher digital bewährt hätten? Die EU würde Menschen mit der Kraft dringend brauchen, die nötig ist, um sich auf dieses lebensgefährliche Manöver einzulassen. Aber eben nicht alle.

Erst einmal ist KI nichts anderes als ein hochentwickelter Taschenrechner. Mit diesem kann ich auch berechnen, mit welchem Aufwand ich alle Menschen manipulieren kann – oder ich kann für Einzelne das beste Ergebnis berechnen.
Der Input ist entscheidend.

Der gesetzgebenden Struktur, mit möglichst wenig Variablen die digitale Gesellschaft beherrschen zu können, setze ich eine Struktur der Vielfalt entgegen. Wenn jeder Mensch permanent aufgefordert wird, seine individuelle Stärke zu definieren und sich als Bewerter einzubringen, dann entsteht eine lebende digitale demokratische Gesellschaft. Die KI ist hier optimal geeignet, um diese über die Finder an die sprachliche Struktur gebundene Vielfalt so zu verdichten, dass hieraus basisdemokratische Entscheidungen werden. Aber dieses Konzept funktioniert nur als Gesamtkonzept mit WAN-Anonymität und Dezentralität.

Kommen wir wieder auf die Migranten zurück: In den wenigsten Fällen sind Migranten von sich aus kriminell. Auseinandersetzungen entstehen durch kulturelle Missverständnisse, sprachliche Barrieren und fehlende Integration. All das kann Trusted WEB 4.0 bereits in einer Digitalunion im Vorfeld leisten. Es muss noch nicht einmal die physische Einwanderung das Ziel sein. Wichtig ist, dass durch die Beteiligten für die Digitalunion Wertschöpfung generiert und Kosten minimiert werden. Auch wenn Kriege nicht geführt werden müssen, können hohe gesellschaftliche Kosten gespart werden. So könnte zum Beispiel ein autokratisches Land von innen heraus demokratisch werden, wenn genügend Menschen in diesem Land von einem Trusted WEB 4.0 profitieren.

4. GAP 2023: Fehlendes Wirtschaftswachstum durch Corona

2022: Europe’s Failures in the Ukraine War

1. The Real Situation in 2022: No Proactive Concept Against Hybrid Threats

In 2022, I experience a Europe stuck in a defensive posture. The digital dependence on gatekeepers—Google, Amazon, Meta—has long been a reality. At the same time, the Ukraine war escalates, fought not only militarily but, above all, digitally: disinformation, cyberattacks, and digital surveillance are the weapons of autocracies. The EU responds with regulatory attempts like the Digital Markets Act (DMA) and the Digital Services Act (DSA), set to take effect in 2023. However, these measures primarily aim for fair markets, not the digital sovereignty we urgently need to assert ourselves against the power of gatekeepers and autocratic states.

The costs of inaction are becoming increasingly clear:

  • Cyberattacks and data breaches are on the rise, while Europe cannot present its own secure infrastructure.
  • Ukraine is fighting for its existence, yet instead of creating a digital alternative that strengthens resistance in Russia, the West relies on military solutions.
  • The gatekeepers dominate the market and, with it, political opinion-forming. Their platforms have become instruments of power that undermine democracies.

On June 13, 2022, I submitted the resolution proposal against the Ukraine war to the FDP. In it, I demand:

  • Financial support for Ukraine to build a digital highway (1:1 VPN connections) between exile Russians and resistance forces in Russia.
  • The establishment of GISAD as a central authority for developing standards that transfer pre-digital democratic achievements into the digital world.

The resolutions, supported by liberal EU delegates, were unanimous. But since Wissing was elected Digital Minister, seemingly important short-term challenges have shaped him. Since politics cannot prescribe proactive action to ministers, it is increasingly incapable of acting in an unshaped digital world.

2. Development Without Obstruction: Digital Democracy Offers Resilience Against Power Concentration

As I keep repeating: As early as 1999, the Finder technology could have laid the foundation for a secure digital identity. In 2002, getmysense—a system enabling social control through digital participation without sliding into surveillance—could have followed. In 2003, GISAD would have created the infrastructure for decentralized, anonymous, and structurally relevant standards. In 2004, the EU-D-S (European Digital System) could have served as the backbone of a European Digital Union. And in 2007, WAN anonymity would have added another building block for secure, manipulation-resistant communication.

Had we consistently implemented these technologies, Europe would not be dependent on American platforms today. Instead, we would have:

  • Built a digital highway between exile Russians and resistance forces in Russia. For just 30 million euros (30 € per connection), one million exile Russians could have established secure 1:1 VPN connections with Russians in resistance—and thus accelerated the internal disintegration of the Putin regime.
  • Used Ukraine as a pilot project to test a digital democracy infrastructure. The cost? Laughably low compared to the billions spent on weapons and reconstruction.
  • Established GISAD as a central clearinghouse coordinating cooperatives for digital participation in every linguistic region—though this would require the executive to be willing to confront its past mistakes. This could generate billions in savings through more efficient use of EU funds.

3. Perspective from 2026: Only the Economy Can Fix This Now!

Today, four years later, it is clear: Only now does Russia see its internal security threatened by fuel shortages. A subversion through democratic concepts would have been bloodless, cheaper, and faster. The course for Europe’s current digital dependence was set by the gatekeepers‘ long-term strategy. Both OpenAI and Mythos spread the message: „We can attack everything. Don’t anger us!“ But autocracies will soon be able to do the same, waging a cyberwar on our backs—one that could have been prevented by decentralized structures.

Trusted WEB 4.0 could have already laid the foundation for a sovereign, democratic digital infrastructure back then. However, proactive politics are not to be expected in the future either.

The Neubaur response from August 12, 2025 exemplifies that politics still fails to understand: Instead of implementing concrete solutions like the EU-D-S, they refer to the DMA and DSA—as if regulation alone could conjure up digital sovereignty.

At the very least, one could expect a constitutional order to address past failures (letter to the president of the regional court) and accept the need to combat a gang-like phenomenon. Anyone can be part of this system today—even with the best intentions.

Only a coalition of as many parts of the economy as possible in the EU-D-S with guaranteed value creation can still largely preserve our pre-digital achievements. After 25 years of unchecked misdevelopment, I had to develop dynamic monopolies in the EU-D-S Constitution.

Whoever is the first to found a company in their category becomes Primus. As long as they serve their market, they remain unchallenged within the EU-D-S. If a founder in their field has a new idea, the Primus must integrate it or allow competition. Behind 1,000 categories are at least 1,000 specialized portals or a maximum of 2,500 different languages—a size that can resist the gatekeepers.

Every European company that thinks it can survive without the EU-D-S will be mistaken. AI is perfectly suited to implement the EU-D-S as a concept of diversity. Depending on the training data, AI can also be misused in the interests of a few. This directional decision is currently being made in the USA without us—if we do not act!

4. The 2022 GAP: What Non-Implementation Cost Us

  • Google: 282.8 billion USD (approx. 260 billion euros)
  • Amazon: 513.98 billion USD (approx. 475 billion euros)
  • → Combined: Over 735 billion euros in revenue—more than the GDP of many EU member states.

What Would Have Changed in Europe in 2022 if EU-D-S Had Been Implemented:

1. Ukraine:

  • Faster disintegration of Russian war propaganda through secure, decentralized communication between exile Russians and resistance forces.
  • Humanitarian aid would have flowed more efficiently and without corruption.
  • Economic perspective for Ukraine: The pilot project for digital cooperatives would have attracted European companies and accelerated reconstruction.

2. Europe:

  • Independence from gatekeepers: Instead of 735 billion euros in revenue for Google & Amazon, billions would have flowed to European SMEs.
  • Stronger democracy: Digital participation as a societal model would have contained populism and disinformation.
  • Climate protection and crisis management: Transparent data would have accelerated the implementation of measures.

3. Global Impact:

  • China: The Social Credit System would no longer have a role model—instead, the European model of digital freedom would have become an export hit.
  • USA: The power of the gatekeepers would have been broken, and Europe would have built its own sovereign digital infrastructure.

The Real GAP:
It is not the technology that is missing—but the political will.

  • 2001: The remote control of the GraTeach insolvency could have been recognized—if politics had taken digital manipulation seriously.
  • 2022: The FDP resolution was on the table—but implementation failed.
  • The cost of a digital solution (30 million euros) was dismissed as „too expensive,“ while billions were spent on weapons and follow-up costs.

The result? Europe is losing not only money but also freedom and power to shape the future. Digital autocracy is growing while we watch.

2022: Europas Versäumnisse im Ukrainekrieg


1. Die reale Situation im Jahr 2022: Kein proaktives Konzept gegen hybride Bedrohungen.

Ich erlebe 2022 ein Europa, das in einer defensiven Haltung verharrt. Die digitale Abhängigkeit von den Gatekeepern – Google, Amazon, Meta – ist längst Realität. Gleichzeitig eskaliert der Ukrainekrieg, der nicht nur militärisch, sondern vor allem digital geführt wird: Desinformation, Cyberangriffe und digitale Überwachung sind die Waffen der Autokratien. Die EU antwortet mit Regulierungsversuchen wie dem Digital Markets Act (DMA) und dem Digital Services Act (DSA), die ab 2023 in Kraft treten sollen. Doch diese Maßnahmen zielen vor allem auf faire Märkte ab, nicht auf die digitale Souveränität, die wir dringend brauchen, um uns gegen die Macht der Gatekeeper und autokratische Staaten zu behaupten.

Die Kosten der Untätigkeit werden immer deutlicher:

  • Cyberangriffe und Datenpannen nehmen zu, während Europa keine eigene, sichere Infrastruktur vorweisen kann.
  • Die Ukraine kämpft um ihre Existenz, doch statt eine digitale Alternative zu schaffen, die den Widerstand in Russland stärkt, setzt der Westen auf militärische Lösungen.
  • Die Gatekeeper dominieren den Markt und damit die politische Meinungsbildung. Ihre Plattformen sind zu Machtinstrumenten geworden, die Demokratien untergraben.

Am 13. Juni 2022 reiche ich den Beschlussvorschlag gegen den Ukrainekrieg bei der FDP ein. Darin fordere ich:

  • Finanzielle Unterstützung für die Ukraine, um eine digitale Straße (1:1-VPN-Verbindungen) zwischen Exilrussen und Widerstandskräften in Russland aufzubauen.
  • Die Gründung von GISAD als zentrale Instanz für die Entwicklung von Standards, die vordigitale demokratische Errungenschaften in die digitale Welt übertragen.

Die Beschlüsse, die von den liberalen EU-Delegierten unterstützt werden, sind einstimmig. Doch seit Wissing zum Digitalminister gewählt wurde, prägen ihn die scheinbar wichtigen kurzfristigen Herausforderungen. Da die Politik den Ministern kein proaktives Handeln vorschreiben kann, ist sie in einer zunehmend ungestalteten digitalen Welt handlungsunfähig.

2. Entwicklung ohne Behinderung: Digitale Demokratie bietet Resilienz gegen Machtkonzentration.

Auch wenn ich es immer wiederhole: Schon 1999 hätte die Finder-Technologie den Grundstein für eine sichere digitale Identität legen können. 2002 wäre mit getmysense – ein System gefolgt, das soziale Kontrolle durch digitale Teilhabe ermöglicht hätte, ohne in Überwachung abzugleiten. 2003 wäre mit GISAD die Infrastruktur für dezentrale, anonyme und strukturrelevante Standards geschaffen worden. 2004 hätte das EU-D-S (Europäisches-Digitales-System) als Rückgrat einer europäischen Digitalunion dienen können. Und 2007 wäre mit WAN-Anonymität ein weiterer Baustein für eine sichere, manipulierungsresistente Kommunikation hinzugekommen.

Hätten wir diese Technologien konsequent umgesetzt, wäre Europa heute nicht abhängig von amerikanischen Plattformen. Stattdessen hätten wir:

  • Eine digitale Straße zwischen Exilrussen und Widerstandskräften in Russland aufgebaut. Für nur 30 Millionen Euro (30 € pro Verbindung) hätten eine Million Exilrussen sichere 1:1-VPN-Verbindungen zu Russen im Widerstand herstellen können – und damit die innere Zersetzung des Putin-Regimes beschleunigt.
  • Die Ukraine als Pilotprojekt genutzt, um eine digitale Demokratie-Infrastruktur zu testen. Die Kosten? Lächerlich gering im Vergleich zu den Milliarden für Waffen und Wiederaufbau.
  • GISAD als zentrale Clearingstelle etabliert, die Genossenschaften für digitale Teilhabe in jedem Sprachraum koordiniert – doch dazu müsste die Exekutive bereit sein, sich mit ihren Fehlern aus der Vergangenheit zu beschäftigen. So könne sie Milliarden an Einsparungen durch effizientere EU-Mittelverwendung zu generieren.

3. Blick aus dem Jahr 2026: Nur die Wirtschaft kann es noch richten!

Heute, vier Jahre später, ist klar: Erst jetzt sieht Russland seine innere Sicherheit durch Benzinmangel gefährdet. Eine Unterwanderung durch demokratische Konzepte wäre unblutiger, preiswerter und schneller möglich gewesen. Die Weichen für die aktuelle digitale Abhängigkeit Europas wurden mit einer Langfriststrategie von den Gatekeepern gestellt. Sowohl OpenAI als auch Mythos verbreiten die Botschaft: „Wir können alles angreifen. Verärgert uns nicht!” Doch auch die Autokratien werden es bald können und auf unserem Rücken einen Cyberwar austragen, der durch dezentrale Strukturen hätte verhindert werden können.

Trusted WEB 4.0 hätte damals bereits die Basis für eine souveräne, demokratische digitale Infrastruktur legen können.
Doch eine proaktive Politik ist auch in Zukunft nicht zu erwarten.

Die Neubaur-Antwort vom 12. August 2025 zeigt exemplisch, dass die Politik bis heute nichts verstehen will:
Statt konkrete Lösungen wie das EU-D-S umzusetzen, verweist man auf den DMA und DSA – als ob Regulierung allein die digitale Souveränität herbeizaubern könnte.

Mindestens erwarten könnte man von einer verfassungsgemäßen Ordnung die Aufarbeitung vergangener Versäumnisse
(Schreiben an Präsidenten des Landgerichts) und die Akzeptanz, ein bandesgemäßes Erscheinungsbild bekämpfen zu müssen.
Jeder kann heute Teil dieses Systems sein – selbst mit besten Absichten.

Nur ein Zusammenschluss möglichst vieler Teile der Wirtschaft im EU-D-S mit garantierter Wertschöpfung kann unsere vordigitalen Errungenschaften noch weitgehend erhalten.
Nach 25 Jahren ungebremster Fehlentwicklung habe ich in der (EU-D-S Verfassung) dynamische Monopole entwickeln müssen.

Wer als erster in seiner Kategorie gründet, wird Primus. Solange er seinen Markt bedient, ist er im EU-D-S konkurrenzlos.
Hat ein Gründer in seinem Bereich eine neue Idee, muss der Primus diese integrieren oder Wettbewerb zulassen.
Hinter 1.000 Kategorien stehen mindestens 1.000 Spezialportale oder maximal verschiedene in 2.500 Sprachen –
eine Größe, die sich gegen die Gatekeeper wehren können.

Jedes europäische Unternehmen, welches denkt, ohne das EU-D-S überleben zu können, wird sich irren.
KI ist bestens geeignet, das EU-D-S als Konzept der Vielfalt umzusetzen. Abhängig von den Trainingsdaten kann KI aber auch im Interesse weniger missbraucht werden.
Genau diese Richtungsentscheidung findet derzeit in den USA ohne uns statt, wenn wir nicht handeln!

4. Das GAP 2022: Was uns die Nicht-Umsetzung gekostet hat

  • → Zusammen: Über 735 Mrd. Euro Umsatz – mehr als das BIP vieler EU-Mitgliedstaaten.

Was sich 2022 in Europa verändert hätte, wenn EU-D-S eingesetzt worden wäre:

1. Ukraine:

  • Schnellere Zersetzung der russischen Kriegspropaganda durch sichere, dezentrale Kommunikation zwischen Exilrussen und Widerstandskräften.
  • Humanitäre Hilfe wäre effizienter und korruptionsfreier geflossen.
  • Wirtschaftliche Perspektive für die Ukraine: Das Pilotprojekt für digitale Genossenschaften hätte europäische Unternehmen angelockt und den Wiederaufbau beschleunigt.

2. Europa:

  • Unabhängigkeit von den Gatekeepern: Statt 735 Mrd. Euro Umsatz für Google & Amazon wären Milliarden in europäische Mittelständler geflossen.
  • Stärkere Demokratie: Digitale Teilhabe als Gesellschaftsmodell hätte Populismus und Desinformation eingedämmt.
  • Klimaschutz und Krisenmanagement: Transparente Daten hätten die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen beschleunigt.

3. Globale Auswirkungen:

  • China: Das Social Credit System hätte kein Vorbild mehr gehabt – stattdessen wäre das europäische Modell der digitalen Freiheit zum Exportschlager geworden.
  • USA: Die Macht der Gatekeeper wäre gebrochen, und Europa hätte eine eigene, souveräne digitale Infrastruktur aufgebaut.

Das eigentliche GAP:
Nicht die Technologie fehlt – sondern der politische Wille.

  • 2001 hätte die Fernsteuerung der GraTeach-Insolvenz erkannt werden können – wenn die Politik digitale Manipulation ernst genommen hätte.
  • 2022 lag der FDP-Beschluss vor – doch die Umsetzung blieb aus.
  • Die Kosten für eine digitale Lösung (30 Mio. Euro) wurden als „zu teuer“ abgetan, während Milliarden für Waffen und Folgekosten ausgegeben wurden.

Das Ergebnis? Europa verliert nicht nur Geld, sondern Freiheit und Gestaltungsmacht. Die digitale Autokratie wächst, während wir zusehen.

2021: European Capital for Resilient European Economic Investments!

1. Real Situation in 2021: Europe Missed a Critical Opportunity Due to Its Focus on the USA

Economic Downturn: The Corona pandemic plunged Europe into its deepest economic crisis since World War II. The EU responded with unprecedented rescue packages worth billions to mitigate the recession. The EU’s SURE program alone amounted to €100 billion to protect threatened jobs and workers.

Recovery Programs: In May 2020, the European Commission introduced a €750 billion stimulus program („Next Generation EU“) to address the economic and social damage caused by the pandemic. Of this, €500 billion was allocated as grants, and the rest as loans. These funds were intended to flow into climate protection, digital transformation, social support, and strengthening the EU as a global actor.

Sector-Specific Damages:

  • Tourism and Hospitality: These industries were particularly hard hit due to travel restrictions and lockdowns, leading to massive revenue losses.
  • Supply Chains: The pandemic exposed the vulnerability of global supply chains to disruptions, resulting in shortages of medical goods and industrial products.

2. Development Without Obstruction: Capital Would Have Promoted Resilience and Sustainability

Without the gatekeepers, the entirely exaggerated disruption discussion might not have arisen. There was a belief that everything had to be dismantled. Capital complied and was rewarded in the short term by the FOMO effect.

During the Corona pandemic (2020–2022), Europe faced concrete issues with cash supply. Bank branches were closed, ATMs were overloaded, and cash was considered a potential transmitter of the virus, leading to a reduction in cash usage by up to 50% in some EU countries (ECB data). Many retailers refused cash. Online banks were overwhelmed, phishing attacks increased, and transfers were delayed.

Citizens who do not rely on a full-supply mentality from their state would have to deal with significantly less bureaucracy. Events in Europe that would have changed with EU-D-S:

If the EU-D-S had been introduced in 2004, WAN anonymity and getmysense would have been established as standards by 2021. The pandemic would then not have led to a concentration of power among the gatekeepers but to a strengthening of European digital competence. Instead of FOMO-driven speculation, there would have been investments in resilience – and Europe would be not only economically but also digitally sovereign today.

3. Perspective from the Future (2026): Bundling European Capital for a Resilient Future Against Autocracies!

Capital requires calculable risk and thus guaranteed returns. Such an environment is only found in stable societies. The gatekeepers counteract these prerequisites by promoting artificial excitement and fake news. Humans are reduced to commodities, one click away from being replaced by the next.

Another important prerequisite for the deployment of capital is protection through legal certainty. The currency of the future is our data, it is said. Since data processing increasingly excludes creators from value creation through platforms, one could go so far as to say that digital ownership only arises with the platforms – and the more value creation is shifted into the digital realm, the less capital can be formed in Europe at all.

Therefore, Article 5: Right to Digital Ownership was included in the EU-D-S Constitution:

„(1) Digital ownership and the right of inheritance are protected by the owner’s disposal authority and the state’s guarantee of legal enforcement. Protection largely equivalent to that of non-digital ownership is ensured.“

For capital providers, it is important to realize that the rules in a well-functioning digital society differ little from those in a pre-digital society. However, this requires that European capital providers prioritize investment in European infrastructures such as the EU-D-S!

    • Chamath Palihapitiya (Social Capital) and other tech investors made billions through SPACs (Special Purpose Acquisition Companies) and IPOs.

Why did so many invest in gatekeeper stocks?

  • Pandemic Boom: Remote work, e-commerce, and cloud services exploded (e.g., Amazon: +200% growth in e-commerce).
  • FOMO („Fear of Missing Out“): Retail investors (e.g., via Robinhood, Trade Republic) jumped on the bandwagon to „get rich quick.“
  • Meme stocks (GameStop, AMC) and crypto hype (Bitcoin: +150% in 2021) fueled speculation.

The lack of investment in digital sovereignty and dependence on gatekeeper platforms intensified further in 2021. While Europe struggled with bureaucracy and improvisation during the pandemic, the gatekeepers used the crisis to expand their market power. The revenues of Google and Amazon reached record highs in 2021:

  • Google: $257.6 billion (approx. €220 billion) – +41% compared to 2020.
  • Amazon: $469.8 billion (approx. €400 billion) – +22% compared to 2020.

Without its own democratic digital infrastructure, capital did not trust the European economy to use the crisis to build new resilient economic products.
